These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sushi Buddy mobile application ("App"), operated by Halmob ("we", "us", "our", or "Company").
By downloading, installing, or using Sushi Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 4 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Sushi Buddy on a compatible iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Sushi Buddy offers optional premium features (e.g., group meals, additional buddies) through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases managed via Apple's App Store and Adapty.
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.
You can restore existing purchases via the App's Settings screen using your Apple ID.
Any content you create in the App (e.g., player names, session history) is stored locally on your device. You retain ownership of such content. You are solely responsible for:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including software, graphics, illustrations, characters, text, audio, and design) are owned by Halmob or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Sushi Buddy" and related logos are trademarks of Halmob. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
The App integrates the following third-party services:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or any issues arising from them.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
Sushi Buddy is a fun, recreational meal-counting companion — it is not a medical, nutritional, or dietary tool, and should not be used as such.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HALMOB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halmob and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Halmob only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's EULA shall apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Halmob regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
